Use of classification algorithms for the prediction of crimes that affect citizen security

Abstract

This work is aimed to obtain knowledge by applying data mining using classification algorithms to design and implement security policies that suit the needs of the population to a reliable diagnosis of the most common crimes by specialized personnel public safety to meet the strata of the study population and analyzing the factors that trigger the crime rates in certain areas.
