The articles address a range of topics, from the impact of artificial intelligence on SMEs in Guayaquil, highlighting advances and challenges, to the integration of risk management in territorial planning to improve community resilience. Organizational culture and social capital in Ecuadorian universities are also explored, proposing models to improve institutional management. In addition, distributed energy generation in Peru is discussed as a complement to the reliability of the electricity supply. Finally, preferential care for older adults in Ecuador is analyzed, promoting their social integration and improving their quality of life.
